Where to even start. At first I thought I had found a company and a honest man who cared about out water quality. In the beginning I actually felt as if he did. But 3 months later I have spent close to 4k and climbing to resolve an issue he never did. He was made aware that I needed to address a MAJOR sulfur issue. We came to an agreement on a system and went form there. Not even 2 days after the system was installed I was reaching out that the issue had not subsided. Over the past 3 months I have made various attempts to reach out and rectify the problem, following all his recommendations for new anode rods and electric ones etc even offering him to come get all his equipt back and offer me a refund, or very least pay half the cost to fix the problem, all for this morning to be told to just sue him. That he did not know how to solve my problem and that he is not well informed on sulfur issues but his website clearly lists this as the SECOND major issues he is equipt to deal with. He
