Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
As it turned out, I hired them to mow my over grown, over looked yard, and remove a lot of clutter that had been abandoned around my home for years. They were very polite, helpful, efficient, and did everything we had discussed in a very timely manner. In fact I was very surprised at how quickly they finished! I will hire them again and look forward to working with them in the future.

Work was completed in 2 trips. Some repairs were done but some parts were ordered & installed the 2nd trip. Johnathan was very polite & worked hard to complete the job.

Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
First off they're very well mannered and respectful from consultation to the end of the job I felt like I was talking with a person who understood what I needed and not someone who was out to "make money" off of me. I understand a business is business and the idea is to make a paycheck but to have people that approach you with care in mind before finances, reasonable finances at that, is very refreshing and the work they did on my yard left me with a huge smile on my face. Definitely recommend these guys!

So far, they have been reliable to show up on the scheduled day; they're very fast and do a thorough job of mowing, trimming and sweeping clippings from the patio and driveway. My only disappointment is the COST of the service: Their fee to mow my double-lot town property (about 1/8 acre, with house/garage/sheds taking a fair amount of sq. footage out of this) is as much as it cost to have my entire acre lawn mowed where I lived before moving here. Sadly, I will likely have to discontinue using their service due to cost alone. I no longer have the budget to accommodate this fee once a month, let alone the two or more mowings per month necessary to keep the lawn well maintained.

We do agree that monthly mowing prices are extremely expensive since it is very demanding on the equipment and laborious for the members to provide a quality service. We do offer fair market pricing for weekly lawn maintenance services and annual agreements for services such as mowing, irrigation, fertilizer, landscape lighting, etc. As we briefly discussed in prior conversations, we offer discounts for annual agreements as well as discounts for bundle services. However, we understand our services were only for monthly mowing and temporary. Thank you for allowing us to serve you! We wish you the best with your lawn care provider of choice. I would rate these "guys" a C-. They are a friendly and hard working group but don't, in my opinion, pay attention to detail. I was especially disappointed with their sod rolling equipment which was full of holes (leaking water) and didn't adequately force the sod down in the soil and help to take the lumps out. I went over the entire sod install and pressed down with my feet to insure the sod was in contact with the soil and leveled as much as possible. They also failed to deliver 6 yards of top soil that I ordered and although they reduced my final price by the cost of the soil they didn't deduct the labor charges for installing the soil which, at my age, is what I really needed to have done. The irrigation system work was average, at best, and by not using a trencher, labor intensive, which drove up the time required and thus the labor costs significantly. I already have a leak in one of the lines they installed and are hesitant to have them repair it based on the quality of work they did originally. I am pleased with the river rock and plants that were installed and don't have an issue with them. They left a lot of dirt mess and although I volunteered to clean up around my porch area, I didn't realize that a lot of dirt and small rock was left behind when they moved their trailer and left my property. They also left some equipment behind and haven't contacted me to see if they had left it here. These "guys" are not "cheap" and I expected more than I received in the quality of work performed.

Showed up on time, located the bad valve which was buried a foot down, trouble shot the problem, replaced a solenoid. checked the operation of the other valves and adjusted or replaced sprinkler heads. Technician showed me how to operate the panel to set up times and cycles. Excellent service

I was really disappointed. They did not get the job done. There was a leak discovered by another contractor after 20 seconds of examination.
