We do agree that monthly mowing prices are extremely expensive since it is very demanding on the equipment and laborious for the members to provide a quality service. We do offer fair market pricing for weekly lawn maintenance services and annual agreements for services such as mowing, irrigation, fertilizer, landscape lighting, etc. As we briefly discussed in prior conversations, we offer discounts for annual agreements as well as discounts for bundle services. However, we understand our services were only for monthly mowing and temporary. Thank you for allowing us to serve you! We wish you the best with your lawn care provider of choice. Please keep us in mind if you ever need full maintenance services for your property. Thank you for your business!"

However, once the homeowner expressed a desire for the sod to be rolled, we attempted this service as complimentary, at no charge. We apologize for disappointing you. Top soil prices by the yard include materials and labor. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. We will clear our lines of communication in the future with services that include materials and labor. We apologize for the confusion. We will be happy to visit your property at no charge to repair the leak if we installed a piece of pipe that had a hole in it. It is our intention to help, not to hinder.
