Didn't do the job I paid for. Then when messaged to see if he could send someone to get it done. He argued about when the job was done. Told me it mid March when it was just done April 17th. Even though the appointment was April 16th. He told me he wanted to charge me for a service call. All I needed was my sprinklers activated. He just wants to pretend like there's something broke when there's not instead of making sure his work was 100%.

I wasn't home when they were cleaning up my front lawn and they did a fantastic job! I was expecting them to only pick my weeds but these guys went above and beyond, cleaning my whole front of house. Thanks so much Grounds Guys, I'll be hiring you again!

These guys did a great job from start to finish. They had the best quote and responded immediately every time I messaged. They put me on the schedule right away and did an awesome job. Will use again!

If you want to use this company, here are the steps: 1. They tell you the sprinklers will come on, then take your money. 2. You call them a couple of days later and say they never came on and will not work manually. 3. Argue with them for weeks while they tell you they will send someone to help, but never do. 4. Call another company to help you get your sprinklers on. 5. Try to get your money back from the small claims court.

Does great work , but didn't realize how busy this contractor was going to get after I accepted his bid. Have to admit I got a little impatient with a start date, but once started it got finished quickly. The workers completed the job with excellent quality from beginning to end!

We had this company come out in March to give us an estimate. We agreed to the amount and gave them 1/2 the agreed amount. Which they deposited that night. He never gave us a start date but we thought it would of been in April. We never heard from him and had to call him. He would give us excuses and that they would be there next week. Next week would come and go and we would not hear from him. Again we would have to call him this went on for several months. We always had to call or text him. Finally July came they shows for one day and left again for weeks. Phone calls again with promises that it would be done this week etc. Finally almost a month after they first showed the project was done. The workers when they showed up were great but the company sucks. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Excellent design. Overall very good workmanship. Competitively priced. Customer communication occasionally sketchy and project took longer to complete than we were led to believe. Imperative that customer to be on-site during progression of work. Would definitely recommend to potential customers.

As with most companies, several months between signing contract and work being done. However, very satisfied with project. Great crews to work with, nice plants, shrubs and trees and very nice job once completed. Recommended Premium to several neighbors who also hired them for their landscaping.

Driveway looks amazing and drains well but drains in the opposite direction of what the foreman and I discussed. I would recommend being present during installation
