The Ground Guys were fast and efficient and did an excellent job clearing the snow off of my driveway, patio and car. The price was reasonable as well.

They were very responsive and got their proposal to me quickly. However when it came time to schedule the work, it took 3 times for them to finally do the installation. They kept giving me a date and then not showing up without explanation until I emailed them to ask. That happened twice before they finally came on the third try and completed the job. They did a wonderful job though and I am very happy with my lights.

Great communication, price matched quote. Workers showed up at scheduled time and were very professional. Job was completed as described and then some. Will be calling them back for seasonal maintenence.

They did snow removal for our Community last year and we were happy with their work. However this year they told us that they would not do snow removal for this year because they did not have the contract for our landscaping. We already have a 3-year contract with another firm for landscaping service. We wont contact them for any service (either snow or Landscaping) in the future.

Unfortunately, Mr. B. is not evaluating The Grounds Guys on the quality of our work. Evidence of the quality of our work at reasonable prices was his request to provide winter services to their beautiful community again this season. With labor shortages and increased investment costs in snow removal, we are only able to serve communities that have a year-round relationship with The Grounds Guys.

Communication with the company was excellent - the crew went above and beyond in trimming and squaring off our 10 foot high hedge that runs the length of our front and side yard. Really made it look like itâ s from an English garden. Hardworking and polite crew. Real perfectionists! Will continue to use Grounds Guys for all our landscaping needs! Recommend highly.
