The Grounds Guys of Lacey

Great service.

Courteous & professional

Just hired the Grounds Guys so time will tell. But so far, so good.

As a park ranger for 33 years I had the opportunity to work with hundreds of contractors that provided a wide variety of services for us. And let me tell you there is a HUGE spectrum of what you can receive. Receiving an immediate call at 7 AM from my Angie's List posting right off the bat impressed me. And then showing up on time as you promised again influenced our decision to hire your company to mow & weed eat our lawn. Your conversation with my wife and I was professional and right to the point and then your written bid showed up on my email the same day. Before you came to our home my wife told me that we were NOT going to do this without getting several bids. And she is a "hard sell"... Well, you won the her over and she is the one that jumped to the chance to have you do our yard. We will of course being giving you high marks with Angie's List. But I wanted to thank you personally for being there for us. The two of you are what we older folks would call a breath of fresh air.

Owner Mike seems to be very knowledgable about lawn care and follows up on his crews work. All are courteous. Prices are quite reasonable.

Work is extremely well done; customer service is awesome. So happy I found this company. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality yard care and service.
