I had a cracked tile replaced, and tile cleaned and the grout stained I'm very pleased with the results. It looks so much better. I love it !

He showed up on time and was very nice. He cleaned up well after himself and did a GREAT job on repairing caulk for tile. He did try twice to clean the grout in the floor, but it never did come really clean. The previous time with another company, i was blown away with how clean the grout came out.

Made a mistake in scheduling and didn't show up the day they were supposed to perform the work. It seemed to be an honest mistake though and they came out the next day and completed the project. Overall good experience.

On time and did very good work. He added a shower bar for me which I know is a pain - I like it very much. I did not realize how much grout had disappeared until I saw my bathroom after he was finished. Wish I had done this yeas ago.

Grout Doctor called promptly and came to my home as scheduled. Very neat appearance and wearing Grout Doctor clothing. I was given a written estimate and given options on how to correct problems. The grout in the shower walls was replaced and new tile placed on the floor of the shower. Additionally the bathroom floor was cleaned and sealed. The workers were neat and cleaned up before leaving. I am very pleased. The shower looks brand new. I still have one more bathroom floor scheduled to be replaced. I cannot wait!!
