The Grout Medic of Hollywood FL

I highly recommend the Grout Medic of Hollywood. The professionalism of the owner, Stephanie, and her technicians is not always found in South Florida! When I first reached out to the company, Stephanie was very quick to respond and set up an appointment. Quick to provide a very thorough detailed estimate. It was awesome to get a text the day the work was done that not only gave me the name of the technician also provided his picture. He arrived promptly. Something else you don’t often see in South Florida!. They did a beautiful job in repairing and restoring grout on my shower floor and my kitchen counter and backsplash. No easy job because the grout in the kitchen was very heavily stained. Both Stephanie and the technicians were very thorough in explaining the process and what I could realistically expect. Oh, and the price was very fair. I wish I would have taken before pictures.

My bathroom showers and tub enclosures are new again! I am so glad we hired the Grout Medic. They are so professional and pleasant to work with from our estimate with the owner Stephanie and the technicians Adrian and Matthew. They did a wonderful job and left the areas nice and tidy. I will definitely use them again for any future work.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend The Grout Medic! They did an absolutely amazing job on my house. My home is 12 years old, and after they finished, the floors and grout honestly look brand new! The quality of the work is exceptional. Everything was done so carefully, cleanly, and professionally, and you can truly see the attention to detail. The person who came to my home was extremely kind, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took his time and made sure everything was done properly. I am so impressed with the results and couldn’t be happier with how my floors looks. It feels like I have brand-new floors without having to replace anything! If you’re thinking about having your grout or tile cleaned/restored, I highly recommend The Grout Medic. They exceeded my expectations! 👏🏼✨

I came across The Grout Medic on Instagram because I needed the grout in my bathroom repaired. I called them, and within about 20 minutes they call me back. The very next day, Eric came to my home to evaluate the job, and I received the estimate the following day. Everything was quick, easy and professional. My bathroom has small square tiles, so I knew this was going to be a more detailed and time consuming job. Mathew did the actual work, and he was extremely professional, careful, and meticulous. He clearly took pride in his work, and the finished bathroom looks fantastic. What impressed me just as much as the work was the follow-up. The very next day, someone from the company called to check in and make sure I was happy with the experience. That really stood out to me. I would absolutely recommend The Grout Medic of Hollywood great communication, fast response and professional work, excellent customer service.

Matt, Owen and Adrian came and did our grout cleaning and regrout our bathrooms. Outstanding attention to detail - and the grout cleaning was night and day. They were very accommodating on additional cleaning passes for more stubborn stains to leave things impeccable. I’ll leave the before and after here.

Amazing job all around! Very happy!
