They were great. Did a fantastic job. Just a little clean up after it all dried.

2 re-scheduled appt., one for estimate - no show, no call. Had to call them to find out the person scheduled to come was ill. Prompt for 2nd appt. great price and feel work received was exactly what was requested. Did receive phone call 30" before appt to perform service to re- schedule due to service van issues. Would have liked a little more notice. Had just moved all furniture out of area for them.

Betty, the supposed owner, seemed very nice and came to my place where she performed a reasonable estimate. I called myself the day she was supposed to come to remove and replace bathroom caulk when she informed me she sent an email saying she had to cancel. I never received that email but gave her the benefit of the doubt. Next week she came to remove the grout with her son, but unfortunitely couldn't replace it because there was water behind the old grout...not her fault. She then no calls and no shows for her next appointment to finish the job and gets back to me the next day saying her phone died. I asked her if she abandoned the job, she said no it was an honest mistake. She then no called and no showed again for her next appointment. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my entire life. So when it's all said and done over 2 weeks has gone by and she cancelled once (didn't really cancel I had to call to find out), then no called and no showed twice.

Overall good, quick and to the point.

After job finished, did not return calls

Do not trust these people. I was told that this work would take one day. It is day three and the technician worked off the job. The person in charge was paid just before her technician disappeared. I have called this company several times and have not received a call back. The technician took it upon himself to regrouting the tile in the entire living area after I told him not to. He told me not to worry there will be no extra charge. The next day the boss told me that she needs to charge me more. I told her what the tech did without my approval . She said it's expensive to seal the grout. Later she said she made a mistake not informing me earlier. She left with payment and told me that the tech will apply a clear seal on the grout. The tech disappeared soon.after. He left the place in a mess and did not seal the grout. I am still waiting for a call back.

Very nice and professional job. Had my old shower tiles clean, regrout and restain. Now looks very nice at a fraction of installing new tiles.

Good Job for the price..

Grout Medic did an outstanding job and made my tile floor shine. I almost didn't buy my house because I thought the floors would have to be replaced. The tile was discolored, some were cracked and the grout so filthy it was nauseating. It would be unreasonable to think 18 year old floors could look like new but the work Grout Medic did came pretty close. I would hire them again in a hearbeat!

Very professional and clean. Did an excellent job of repairing some broken tile. But rest of tile wasn't cleaned. I was under impression that all tile would be cleaned.
