March 17, 2018 They did a wonderful job replacing the fallen ceilings tile in my shower. I also ask them to replace the caulking in tub & shower. However, they recaulk using the wrong color! The grout is linen/beige and they trim beige tile with white caulk. Even the worker questioned the color on the work order. I told him the color needed. The next day Boyd came to do the work while my husband was home. Once finished when my husband questioned the white he was told that the color would darken- it's white. We sent texts to Mark & made several calls to the office and did not get any response. There was not a problem with them coming out to do the work, but when we request they return to redo caulk it has not been so easy. They are finally scheduled to come out May 11,2018

Was having a real problem, keeping grout in my tiled kitchen floor also 2 cracked tiles. The finished worked looked great. Was very happy with it. Only time will tell if it will hold. Boyd was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him.

I had some cracked grout between travertine floor tiles in the foyer that I wanted repaired. I also wanted the grout in my kitchen, foyer, & two bathrooms cleaned & sealed. I was considering transition strips between the foyer/den, foyer/hallway, & hallway/bathroom. Larry from Grout Medic stopped by to provide an estimate. He took his time assessing the job & expressed his thoughts clearly. We discussed transition strip options. Larry wrote out a detailed, itemized estimate. I accepted the estimate & contracted Grout Medic. Larry & Al did the work. Excellent job. Grout in all rooms was color sealed so it is completely uniform in color & spotless. Transition strips look great - better than expected. Very satisfied customer. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

$520 later the tile & grout of my kitchen floor is no cleaner. After I complained, someone did come & look at it & I've never heard so many excuses - I'm using the wrong cleaning products, ceramic shouldn't be used on the kitchen floor.... I would definitely NOT recommend this company. Ann K

The work was contracted out, although we were pleased with the work.he did not accept a coupon for the grout medic said (owner) that is not the name of business . That is who he advertises under.

The workman was congenial, he was on time, and he worked hard. There were some places in the grouting that didn't get filled in completely. He scratched up my floor. Overall the walls look nice, but I cannot give them a five rating.
