The stain that was used for the shower floor stuck to the tile more than the team had expected. I guess it wasn?t the type of tile they initially thought it was. They came back the following day and took some extra time finishing and cleaning it but the stain didn?t all come up from the tile and there are white spots of residual stain throughout. Kinda hard to tell unless you look close though at least. Was very bummed that the tech dumped the unused stain water onto the recently resurfaced street. Our neighbors aren?t going to be happy with us over that. The pictures attached are after the team came back and said they worked on removing the stain. Paid full price. Took care of the issues with the shower but overall, not the most professional job and wouldn?t hire again.

The pricing was very fair, and the owner really provides a personal touch and stands by his work. We are looking forward to working with them again in the future!

They did a very good job efficiently and professionally

The pro cleaned the old grout between backsplash and counter. Then, he filled with a white caulk. The kitchen counter suddenly looked brand new!
