Grout: Replace or Repair
Six months after the work was done the caulking around the tub and toilet cracked and some of the grout work is cracked and the floor they put down has sunken which caused the problem and with the Covid outbreak I was not able to get the problem taken care of.

The owner of this company, Matt, does not do quality or professional work. We have paid him in full for tile repair, cleaning, and color sealing. The day the work was completed we informed the workers that we were not happy with the color sealing application and the cleaning of our kitchen floor. The workers stated that since they would be returning to complete the other rooms of tile cleaning/ sealing they would address our concerns then. They only agreed to address our concerns because they were trying to get paid the same day. Had I known that this company was not going to address or make the corrections to the horrible work I would have not paid them until they made the corrections. The owner, Matt, has not addressed our concerns. He made a promise to come out and take care of the concerns and still has not returned. He has offered a partial refund and bragged about the fact that no one else in St.Louis has his product. We have sent Matt pictures of how bad the work looks as well. My experience with this company has been horrible. We do not recommend this company.
