Tile & Grout Cleaning

I do not recommend this company, satisfaction is not their goal. They do not return a call after a project even if you call repeatedly. I hired them to regrout a kitchen counter and caulk my master bath shower. The shower was only caulked around the floor, the discolored peeling caulk up the walls were left. The kitchen is actually worse than it was to begin with. There are cracks and open holes around the sink. The new grout has wiped off as I continue to use and maintain with daily clean cleaning. They left the old stained caulk at the back of the sink. The whole thig is beyond disappointing. Save yourself the headache. Find someone else. I left multiple messages for the owner and district manager with no response after several weeks.
