Tile & Grout Cleaning
Don?t trust these guys! I recently hired The Grout Medic or Plano to clean and color seal the grout in our master bedroom shower and floors, the guest bathroom floor, kitchen, laundry room, and a hallway. It also included recaulking the shower. We wanted this done because the light color grout had darkened in areas. Halfway through the steam cleaning the tech tells me I have one of two choices. I can get the grout color sealed like I ordered or I can clear seal the grout and the tile which gets stripped by the steam cleaning. But you can't do both. So I can leave the tile dull and unprotected to absorb oils, dirt, etc. or seal in the stained areas of grout with clear seal. Neither is acceptable and half the floors are already stripped. I now have to hire an honest contractor to do it correctly. Why the owner or tech never tell you this up front is beyond me. And it was not an oversight. The tech told me he made the same offer to a customer the day before.

Grout Medic of Plano team arrived on time, worked continuously and completed the job in 3 hours. Floor tile/grout cleaning and the walk in shower regrouting looked great upon completion. Team was polite and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone needing tile/grout work.
