The Grout Wizard, LLC

Josh used defective caulk which was yellow. He agreed to return and correct his error in December of 2021. As of today - August 29, 2022- he has not responded to my many calls. He also missed a lot of areas - in addition to the defective caulk. I just want him to fix his errors - which he agreed to do over 8 months ago.

OMG!!! My 10 year old shower looks like it did the day we moved in! Amazing! Great job! Great price! He was accommodating, prompt, worked hard and left the bathroom spotless! Do not go to anyone else.

WOW! Absolutely the best! I have dealt with others in this field, and Josh exceeds everyone! He wasn't just out for a "job" he takes so much pride from prep to clean up. He went way above and beyond. Also... instructions on how to properly care for the product to ensure the longevity of it. Most would just finish and leave. He really cares about his work, and made sure that I was completely satisfied. He took the time to answer all of my questions. And treated my home with alot of respect! I will only call Josh for all my tile/grout needs!

Josh cleaned and disinfected the tile floors of my two bathrooms this morning... very urgent and important job in my home right now. They look fantastic! He went out of his way to make sure that the job was super well done. Not only that, he also wiped down door knobs, light switches, countertops, everything he came in contact with, just to be responsible in the middle of this global pandemic. I appreciate that so much. He knows his stuff and that's a given to succeed professionally, but he's so ethical and honest! Having hired many different contractors do various home projects for me over the years, I know that high moral standards are not as common as I'd like to see. Let me just say Josh restored my faith in that. I'm very satisfied and definitely recommend him!!!

We needed to fix up our bathroom to get our house ready to sell--replace some missing tiles, reset some loose tile on the floor, and fix some cracks. Josh gave us a very reasonable quote and even reduced the cost for the job when it took him less time than expected. He did a fabulous job. He replaced the grout around our shower pan, and refreshed the grout around all of the floor tiles in two bathrooms. The floor tiles are very tiny and in an intricate black and white design. It took almost two days to complete the job. The bathroom looks like new. And he charged a very reasonable price.
