They did not complete the tile project but kept full payment. They do not respond to texts, phone calls, or emails after telling us to contact them to make an appointment to complete the tile job.

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Repair
Hired these guys to repair and seal grout on a shower that was in good shape otherwise. The cosmetic quality of their work is good, not great. Apparently, something didn't get sealed properly, water got behind the tile, and the repair began to fail 2 months after the repair. The problem with these guys is they don't honor their warranty. I called them 4 times, each time Kyle said he'd get back to me and never did. The 4th phone call wasn't even returned. Lame. Don't hire these guys - they're not honest.

The estimator arrived on time, as did the tech to do the work. The tile was old and in need of cleaning which they did. They pointed up some grout lines and caulked others. Work was done well, on time and for the price quoted.
