Tile & Grout Cleaning
Paul and Jamal regrouted the floor in my Laundry Room, Guest Bathroom, Master Bathroom and also my Master Shower. All the areas look brand new. Paul and Jamal were both professional, courteous, diligent, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Thank you Paul and Jamal for a job well done! Mike came and asked all the right questions, gave me an estimate and I hired them. Two young men arrived at the time I was told, made sure exactly what I needed, were very personable and worked without a break until the project was finished. They did a nice neat job of fixing the loose floor tiles, redoing the grout and sealing the grout. The price was exactly as quoted. I would hire them again.

Workers were on time, neat and courteous. They explained how best to clean the showers and what type of products not to use after they repaired the grout and recalked 2 showers and areas in our kitchen. The owner/mgr (Mike) stopped by while his employees were working to ask us if we were satisfied..... very good service / excellent work!!

I did not get a second estimate. Lesson learned. The work was done very nicely and the gentleman who did the work was very polite and answered all my questions. My concern re the second estimate ... I was told 2 people would do the work and It would take between 5 and 6 hours. I figured the price given ($475) was appropriate for this service by 2 people. Only one person arrived. Very efficient and very courteous. Done in approximately 4 hours. I do not question the finished product, but I do question the fee considering only 1 person did the work in a little over 1/2 the time I was told it would take.

"I really do not recall telling John it would take 5 to 6 hours. The work is not estimated on a straight hourly rate. There is other consideration that set the fee when I do an estimate. It is just that an estimate.. If it took 10 hours because I estimated wrong or we ran into problems, there would be no up charge. My risk. As to 1 man showing up, my normal crew is 2 men every day, every job. It happens this day 1 man was out. I have no control over that. Not that it meant anything, since only 1 man can work in a shower at a time unless they are stepping on each other. What John also did not consider what I must include in a price is the trip time to and from the job, that time is not free, although not spent at the site has to be paid for. All the business fees, taxes, insurance, etc are not free during that time period, including manpower costs. I am bothered by this review since I do not use pressure tactics at any time during an estimate and in fact told John to take time, consider and contact us to schedule the work. Now after he has said he has no problem with the work he has second thought on really his choice. I guess it's lessons learned for both of us."

The grout cleaning and resealing work was completed within the timeframe quoted. We received instructions regarding cleaning and maintenance if the tile following the completion of the work. The work area was spotless.
