Professional people who do a good job. Installer was professional, polite, and on time.

They quoted one price then raised the price thousand dollars plus over that quoted price to finish job they were hired to do or gave other option to hire someone to put glaze I hired them to remove back over tile. I ended up hiring someone to finish cleaning the tile, replace the grout, replace tile floor in a shower for less than their first quote and their quote didn't include replacing the shower floor. They expect you to pay them a deposit to show up or they will not schedule an appt. I personally don't like paying anything till job is done but that's their policy, just not one that I cared for. I will say Guys that came out were very nice, they put in two days trying to remove glaze but Job was not finished. Again, to have them finish was going to cost a price that was outrageous . I was extremely pleased with individual I hired to clean up the mess I felt the Groutsmith left me with.

Used a type of caulk to repair the grout. On the end of the counter, the caulk area comes up the wall over one half inch. Very unsightly. The rest of the work was good.

We actually had the grout cleaned and resealed on our shower, bathroom floor and walls . We also had our kitchen sink tile repaired and re caulked. We have a great deal of respect for the how we, as the consumer, were treated when we pointed out some things we thought still needed additional attention after the initial job was completed. They were very quick to respond and those items were done to meet our expectations. They were very happy and willing to make us happy and cared enough to get it done in a very timely manner. Would absolutely use them again.
