Did an awesome job on installation, cleaned up everything, and knew best way to drain the water away from the house. Very pleased.

The product is good. The installers did a good job, putting up the gutters , but cleanup was non existent. I would have given them a five on the work quality, but I do not like the brackets attached into the shingles on the outside of the roof rather than lifting the first row of shingles, attaching the brackets, and then letting the first row back down in order to cover the bracket, and help seal the roof at the edges.

They were completed in one day

While they did a good job of actually installing my new gutters, they were very poor at customer service. After I hired them, I left two voicemails to ask them when they were going to install my gutters. Two weeks later they finally called me back with a start date. After they finished the work, I noticed one gutter downspout had not been replaced as promised. Again, it took two phone calls where I had to leave voicemails before the owner called me back to provide me a date when they would return to complete the work. Then, they did not show up as promised. I immediately called the owner back and again, left two voicemails that were only answered one week later to say they were busy. I told the owner I hired someone else to finish the work. I would not recommend this contractor.

All was righted and I am very pleased with the performance and professionalism of the crew. A gorgeous and practical enhancement to my restored Victorian home. Brendan is a gem.
