The team was very accommodating, cleaned up the work area before leaving and made recommendations for future projects. An excellent value for the price paid. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Since they have not really did any work, customer service is the real only rate I can do presently. With a clear conscience.

I initially talked with John about the project, who was very personable and knowledgeable about his product. Also, the price seemed reasonable. The crew, including John, came earlier than initially discussed to complete the project, The entire crew worked quickly and efficiently, taking time to discuss what they were doing and answer any questions. We were Happy with work done however I would have preferred a phone call prior to arrival since no particular date was set.

I called 3 places first told me a minimum price on the phone without any ?s as to the job. Second company came out gave me same price as 1st he looked at old gutter took no measurements, did nothing but quote a proce. Matthew from Gutter Guys came out, looked and took measurements, explainjd what needed to be done (and the price was much better then the other 2). There was another situatinj that was casuing watet o pool in one small area appearing to erode the concrete. They told me a pipe would help the water to be more dispersed. I agreed to the extra work but found after it was done the water still ended up in the same area in the concrete. I took pics and ocntacted them. Josh came out, looked at it and understood why I was unhappy with the pipe and wanted it removed. No debate with me, no argument as has happened with other companies that are unwilling to to work with a customer. Instead he removed it and right then and there refunded the cost of that part of the job. I am only sorry I dont have more gutters for them to work on. I recommend them wholeheartedly. They were professional, responsive and nice folks to boot.

I just updated this review and have downgraded them. Their customer service is nonexistent. I hired them originally, since even though their price was higher than other bids, the sales rep told me they stand by their work and pride themselves on customer service. Their written description posted on HomeAdvisor says three year craftsmanship, under their warranty section. They have not contacted me three separate times in past month as they told me they would. They have no interest nor suggestions in solving my problem regarding one of gutters and downspout installations they did and a subsequent 10-foot extension they installed on the ground that was a tripping problem and unacceptable. (I had no problem with rainwater going into my foundation and basement until after their new installation configuration on one section of the front of my house.-- I only did this section for cosmetic reasons--to look new like the other front section they were installing at the same time) .
