We have them out once a year, they always do a great job.

They refused to let us know when they were coming to the house to clean the gutters. No door hanger or lawn sign after their supposed "service". I just got bills with no way to confirm that the work was actually done. This happened twice, even though I called and asked them to please call us first, before they went out to the home. The owner of the franchise was very rude and told me to take my business elsewhere. So I did, happily!

They were quick and efficient, and bagged up all the debris from the gutters. There was nothing left for me to clean up.

Overall, I am happy; my gutters are clean, and I didn't have to do it. The price seemed on the high side of reasonable to me, but given that they were so quick about it, I can't complain. They cleaned the gutters, replaced on piece that was damaged, and reconnected another piece where the nail had come out. The guy who came out to do the estimate was very courteous, and gave me plenty of options. He showed me gutter guards, but was totally understanding when I told him that we weren't planning to do it this year. Not pushy at all, which was really refreshing. My onyl small complaint was that they weren't super careful cleaning up... there were a few places where some of the debris was piled up in my flower beds. Not a big problem, though.

They were on time, courtious, completed the job in a timely manor.

The contractor said that they would come out within 10 days and was better if I didn't have them call first since it would be faster if they could come when they had time. They came in 7 days. Did not leave me any type of card, etc. saying that they had done the work. They were to leave trash bags of debris by the house. I found 2 bags lying in the street where the sump pump drains. When I tried to remove them, 1 broke spilling heavy dirt, etc. all over the street to be cleaned up. Still to early to tell whether they did a good job cleaning the gutters

I can't see into all my gutters, but in addition to cleaning them, the Gutter Guys re-attached a section that had lost its support. After the repair, I could not tell where the trouble spot had been. For the return, it was certainly worth the investment,

I thought that $110.00 is a lot of money for a fifteen minute job.
