The Gutter People

I hired the Gutter People to replace the gutters on our house. I was sent someone with roofing experience, no gutter experience, who did not put the proper pitch on the gutters. After spending the money water still sheets from the gutters. Despite numerous demands the Gutter People do not stand behind their work and have not redone the job nor repaired it efficiently. I do not recommend them at all.

The Gutter People have repaired my gutters and installed new larger gutters for me. They were responsive, helpful and professional. Five stars plus.

Had to come back to fasten the gutter: the gutters got loose with the wind. Overall very friendly.

Didn?t get advance notice before the guys arrived. They showed up very late in the day - it as dark outside. They worked very had and took on some extra work which was great, but the leaking seams I hired them to fix still leak as before. The other issues they worked on were all fine.

They were quick to respond , keep me apprised and honor day and time agreed to!

Responded the same day (on a Sunday). Did job on Monday the next day.. The fellow that did the work was excellent. Very small repair and I expected trouble getting someone out quickly. Not the case with this gutter company.

The workers did a great job and the supervisor had good communication with the project. The arrived on time, worked efficiently, quickly, and left everything in tiptop shape.

Jason called us back promptly and came right over to provide the estimate. He did follow up like he said. After the cleaning one of the gutters still had an issue. He came back and they determined the slope of the gutter was off. Although not part of the original quote and work estimate they did fix the slope for me free of charge. I will hire them again in the future and can highly recommend them.

Jason was very professional. The only problem was that after cleaning the gutters he did not ask us to unlock the gate and clean up the debris on the patio which had fallen when he cleaned the gutters.
