August West Enterprises, Inc.

I ended up not using August West and going witha different gutter company. August West did provide an estimate but I had a problem with my gutters although, I believe August West would have fixed it properly, it didn't seem like he wanted the job, estimated very quickly, didn't discuss the true problems and repairs with me etc. This made me uncomfortable having just experienced a bad contractor, I was looking for someone who cared more about the job, making it right, satisying and working with the owner etc. It just seemed he was more concerned with getting home that day then talking and reassuring the owner he could do this project.

timely communication. Work done as promised in a timely manner. Returned quickly to successfully address a problem caused by roof contour that showed up during a heavy rain. Easy to work with. I would recommend Sacramento Gutter Shutters to friends who need gutters.

The only problem that I had with The Gutter Shutter was in scheduling the work. After a couple of back and forth voice messages we were able to arrange a date for the installation and then everything went fine.

Jim and his crew were great. He was quick to respond to our initial phone call and was prompt with his bid. The crew arrived on time, did a great job,cleaned up properly and were very polite. When I first looked at the finished job, gutters looked nice, he cleaned up, and he was prompt. When we had that first strong rainful, my tenants called to advise their patio and garage flooded. My general contractor and I went to inspect work . We discovered the Gutter Shutter Company had failed to install a gutter between patio cover and eves. The hooks were still there from a previous instalation. I suppose it would have taken this company some time and effort to complete this task, so they simply didn't do it. Additionally, I have called him many times to ask for an invoice, but I have yet to recieve one. I wouldn't recommend.

The gutters have made it though one storm! Still waiting on a receipt for tax purposes though.

Very effcient and clean. Took away old gutters. Gave a fair price. We live in the mountains about 2 hours from where this company is located. We called a contractor in our area and are still waiting for response 3 weeks later. So glad that My sister-in -law from the Bay Area recommended Service Magic Thanks, George K

they where a bit late but it was not there fault. they started the job as soon as they arrive at the job site.

The owner came out immediately and gave me a reasonable estimate for gutter cleaning. Very conscientious about cleaning the runs, plus cleaned up around my house and returned everything to where it belonged. This company was easy to work, pleasant, and professional.

Gutter Shutter Co contacted me immediately after i submitted my request, and came out very quickly to give me a bid. They were very competitively priced and did a great job communicating and completing the project in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new gutter systems or repair.
