Phil was very professional and did great work ! I needed to replace a bifold door with a regular door and the opening was irregular. He did a great job with that and also fixing a window leak. Would definitely recommend and would hire again !

"In addition to fixing some weatherstripping, I repaired grout, patched holes in drywall, did finish carpentry to a doorway, and finished a stairwell opening with Sheetrock.. I also repaired a wooden threshold, and replaced a dishwasher."

Phil was very pleasant and came when scheduled. He built a new closet and wall in our finished basement. Overall is the work he did was ok. The biggest issue that I have is that he is not very careful about the rest of the room he was working in. I had just painted the room and needed to do extensive repainting because he scuffed and scratched the walls and molding around the room. Part of the job involved reworking a drop ceiling. He somehow got black marks and scratches on at least 10 of the ceiling tiles. So, in short the wall and closet came out ok. If he was more careful I would probably recommend him.

"There is an order to projects like this, and a reason for the order. Construction of walls and sheet rocking them required me to bring in materials and store them in the room. The room was not cleared of furniture, and the ceiling height was low to begin with. (the project consisted of dividing a large family room to add a bedroom.) my space was very limited, and I did my best to avoid damaging the freshly painted walls, but occasional bumps and scrapes were inevitable given the close quarters. It is for exactly this reason that final painting is always the LAST thing done, not the 1st thing."

This gentleman, Phil, is TRULY the Guy of (our) Dreams. We had a ton of work to be done due to the unexpected loss of our property manager, and found Phil on line. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, hugely reasonable. He went way beyond our expectations in every way. We feel so fortunate that he agreed to take on everything from a major kitchen renovation to window repair to door replacement. There hasn't been a job we've asked him to work on that he hasn't pleased us in every way. Phil has completed every project quickly and professionally. We couldn't ask for more.
