Contractor did a good job. A little bit pricey, but they did a good job. They were very good at the way he related. Very consumer friendly and courteous. Very thorough and specific. Disappointed in not getting my receipt in a timely manor still waiting for it.

We hired them to do a deep cleaning of my parents' house of 50 years, prior to it being listed by a realtor. The two women who came were very friendly and responsive to all our requests. Their vacuum, however, looked very inadequate, so they used ours. Also, the women didn't bring any oven cleaner. One said she doesn't use it due to her asthma. After two attempts with her spray bottle (not sure what was in it), the oven was still not clean. So we supplied her with oven cleaner and she did clean it a third time, this time to our satisfaction. Other than that, they did a very good, thorough job overall and we would recommend them.

I have been trying to get what I was promised when I hired Hand Maid. Which was for $550.00, I would get a sparkling clean job, that they know what the buyer looks for and everything would be done to perfection, even the inside and outside of my windows. I would also be getting a complete deep cleaning on all my wall to wall carpet rugs and 1 sectional couch, 1 regular couch and 1 recliner. They have been playing games and lying to me for a week and a half now. I was to show my home. The house was a mess when the people looking at it to buy came.

This company never showed up on time. There work was marginal at best. Their customer service was attrocious. They charged us for work that was never performed. They were quick to call us to get our business, however, if there was a problem they were no where to be found. I would not reccommend this company.

Initial contact was positive. First appointment missed, second appointment only 1 person came to clean whole house! She could not complete cleaning in required time frame. Agreed to return. So far, pleased with the quality of the cleaning. Repeated calls to set up and confirm final cleaning were not returned. Left oven with oven cleaner sprayed and not reported to owner. Owner turned oven on and nearly was overcome by oven cleaner residue. Paid up-front for service but only 2/3 of job was completed. Have not been able to contact to complain.

they were late 3 people showed up and 2 cleaned the home. when i spoke to the person at handmaid i told them the house was very dirty i was assured this was no problem. they things i was told would be cleaned were not all fulfilled. i had to go over things to be cleaned for example the insides of cabinets and spiderwebs from the walls and light fixtures. the girl said she would finish these tasks and then they had to leave. after the girls had left i went outside and all the dirt from the living room floor was outside the door.

I have never used a cleaning service before, so I was very nervous allowing strangers into my home along with my children. I can only state what is true to me, this company made me feel very comfortable. They not only did a wonderful job, they made me feel as if they were family. I went along my business at home while they professsionally cleaned my home. My little children weren't even afraid of them, they kept peeking in on them as they worked. I will definitely used this reliable and professional service again! Once again, I thank you for a job well done, I will definitely recommend to everyone of this wonderful cleaning service!

Very impressive. They were the first to respond within seconds, literally! They were at my house within 1 hour. They were out my house within 5 hours between 3 people. They cleaned everything you could probably clean in my house. My kids toys were even cleaned. Prompt, Professional, Efficient, and Comforting. This is the way to go.

the cleaning process was not as thorough as described to me on the phone. i was told 4 people would be here and only two arrived. both employees were polite and respectful but one of them was not qualified to be a proffessional cleaner.so it was like having one cleaner instead of two. after the walk through just about every room had to be redone. at the rate of 250.00 for the first cleaning i had expected a more thorough job. i would try them again if the rate was negotiable.
