Richard is an absolute pro. His sign on his truck and business cards are 150% accurate; honesty, trust, fair price. I trust Richard so much that he has a key to our house. We have spent close to six figures with Richard, if we used anybody else to do these services, the quality not be the same and the price would of been 2X. Overall, was very pleased with the work. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was scheduling was a little bumpy, but the work and the value were excellent. I would definetley feel comfortable recommending to friends.

He did a good job. The drawers look very professional looking. I would have rated him higher if in his quote he would of put the pricing for the materials. He added it later without us agreeing to the price. When you give a bid you include all pricing. He also changed his appointment time and pushed it back 2 hours because he was out of town and could not make it back in time. Being on time is very important to me I have a schedule I have to follow.. I will say I would hire him again but make sure we are clear on the quote ahead of time.

He was willing to work around my schedule, and come on a weekend or late in the evening on a weekday. Only reason he gets a 4.5 for customer service is that he couldn't schedule an appointment when I called him and he said he would call back to schedule a date- and he didn't call on the date he scheduled to call.

Great work. Punctual and professional. He worked hard all the way through the project even though it was 100 degrees. He removed all the debris and his quote matched the final price. Will definitely use again.
