Mr Lee was an excellent worker and has many talents. He communicated frequently and showed up in a timely manner. He did all the work efficiently. However, I have particularly high expectations and standards for repairs (I like things restored to "like new" condition) and Mr. Lee did not meet my expectation that things be repaired "like new". That was my fault for not communicating my expectation.
