The Handy Husband and His Crew

Mark seemed like a great guy. He came out to do a fence for me but it's been a disaster. Since he has left the fence has began coming apart and it seems like every day that goes by another piece comes off. I've had to start screwing in deck screws to try and keep it together. None of the gates he did were done properly, and I'm likely going to have to spend even more money to have it done properly after I already paid Mark. I've been contacting him asking if he could come back and every appointment that he sets up with me he never shows up for. I've give him many chances to correct his work and he's chosen not to take advantage of any of those opportunities. I'm overall very disappointed and upset with the terrible work this company did.

Mark seemed to have it together. He does not. Days sometimes a week went by no contact. My project still almost 1 month and a half later is not completed to my satisfaction. Meaning... all the bottom posts are cut different lengths at bottom. One side of my fence does a wave it is not even and the gate is already sagging. He was supposed to come back two weeks ago never did nor did he respond to my messages. Several nails are not even in the wood and barely hanging on. Instead of hammering away the cement a little to even up the boards he just cut them to fit sitting on top so it is not even with the other fencing. He never had a crew in the month he worked on our project he had one guy one day and that was it. He is a one man band halfwaying it with this business. I could have done a better job myself, it is unbelievable. I do not know who these 5 star ratings are but it has to be made up. Look him up he is nowhere so I am assuming start up business you would think he would want to get it right. I wish they would let me post pictures so everyone could see it. I was waiting to post this in hope s he would come finish the job but I have kind of given up hope plus I really do not think he knows how to fix it. Do not hire!!

Mark was very nice and professional. He took down my old fence and replaced the old posts (the original posts were not for fence posts) and installed my new fence. Looks great! Mark also saw a few other things on my fence line that he fixed for me at no charge. Will use him again for other things I need done outside and inside my house. So great Mark s company does a multitude of things. If anyone needs a handyman call Mark Anderson!
