Jose was very responsive, very professional and very kind. He assembled my product quickly and efficiently. Although not the least expensive he was very proficient and provided me with same day service. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone who is in need of ha eyman services.

This is my 3RD and biggest project with Jose and his crew. He had re mediated a leak under one of my condo's sinks in conjunction with my plumber. He then did a dry wall repair before working on my kitchen cabinets. Excellent job! He is thorough honest and professional. I have now contracted with him to tile my family room floor. Absolutely recommend.

The contractor has issues with being on time with commitments, he doesn't stick to the price, and I was overcharged. He had somebody else come in, and help with the project, and the helper was left alone in my house. At the end he dumped all of his equipment in my back-yard. He left plaster on my wall, and on my faucet in the back yard. He was asked to clean it up, and he didn't take the stuff with him. He just left it in my garage.

Jose and crew were very professional, sincere and really does a super awesome job. He made sure the quality is superb and made recommendations on how my patio/gazebo should be built to assure long lasting look and strength . I will recommend Jose and crew to all my friends and family.

Jose kept me calm and smiling throught all my entire remodel. His knowledge of many fields of construction is excellent, Painting , hanging doors, flooring ,,tub refinishing plumbing. I think he has done it all. also very helpful in design choices.

Jose arrived when he said he would and did a great job on my fence. His regular helper was not able to make it so his wife Erica came with him and helped. The fence looks great, and they removed the old fencing and cleaned up the work area before leaving. I would definitely hire Handy Manatees again.

Jose did a good job repairing my glass door. He even added new weather stripping and cleaned and greased the tracks....it slides so nicely and finally is secured and weather tight. I will definitely use him again. He is professional and very knowledgable about everything.
