The Handy Pug

My project was the bathroom floor under the toilet had rotted and needed to be replaced. They were professional and knowledgeable about the job. i would have no problem in hiring them again to do some work for me.

Matt has overall exceeded my expectations with the most respectful help, on time, communicating. He really saved me lots of time and brought my project to reality. I don’t like hanging ccurtains and he totally did the job for me.

He arrived on time. He put together a tall shelf for me. It only took an hour. And he did a great job!

I will preface my comments with stating that Matt is a very nice young man, however, he does not know how to caulk showers. He did a very sloppy job in my shower. Lines are completely off, shower ring did a very poor job. He left caulk on the walls that my husband and I will now be responsible for trying to remove. He left caulk on my bathroom floor. We will now have to hire another individual to take out the caulk that he put in and replace it. He responded promptly and was most polite, but this was definitely something that he cannot do with any degree of efficiency.

He drilled holes and added new hardware to all my kitchen cabinets and drawers. He was on time, efficient, very friendly but professional. I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for an honest, fair, professional. I will be recommending The Handy Pug to all my friends and family who might have projects they need done. 5 Stars, No Question!!!
