They were able to come out on short notice and on time to move washing machine and dryer from the hallway to the laundry room (same floor level). They also placed a tray underneath the washer and anti vibration feet under both washer and dryer (we provided the items). They however did not have all the tools needed and most times than not could not agree on what they needed to do. Other than that, they were pleasant to work with and we were satisfied with the work they did.

A half-completed DIY gone wrong was remedied by Handymancan. Timelines, flexibility, and accuracy was important. All expectations for work quality were met. Handymancan is personable and communicates well and in advance so you know when and what to expect. Extremely flexible working hours meant that my job was completed the day I called and at a time that worked well for me. Awesome!

We had to replace a Samsung washer front loading door seal. We called on Monday and the job was finished by Wednesday afternoon. This was a busy week for them, but they fit us in and got the job done. They are flexible in their scheduling and will stay late to fit you in. Very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for another project.

my washing machine needed repair, and I called William Plumstead based on close proximity as well as the positive nature of previous reviews. Everything about my experience with the Plumsteads was great, from the rapid response to my request for help, to the efficient use of their time while in my home. They went out of their way not to cost me more money than necessary. As important as all of that, I found the Plumsteads to be most likable. They were a joy to meet. Additionally, they were both great with my parrot. They seemed to have a natural ability to make him feel comfortable about their presence. Mr. Plumstead arrived at my apartment on time. He was clean in appearance and polite. He removed a ceiling fan for me when I moved. He knew exactly what he was doing for this task. He was careful not to damage and of the parts and made sure all the screws were put in a baggie so they wouldn't be lost when I want to reinstall the fan in the future. I chose Mr. Plumstead because I had seen previous work he did in his own home and think he did an excellent job. I definitely plan to use him for future projects. I will return here and let you know how it goes :)
