Ralph and Lisa are an exceptional team. The island and cabinets in the kitchen used to be an eye sore now they are the focal point. Also, Ralph redid the dry wall and painted the bathroom that was done poorly by a previous contractor. NOW IT LOOKS LIKE A PROFESSIONAL DID IT! So happy with the outcome and Iâ d recommend them to anyone!

If all you care about is having an excellent finished job I would say this is the contractor for you. I guess Im one of those weirdos who believes that a business should treat customers the way they want to be treated. Its as if their reputation has gone to their head and polite and timely communication with a client isnt important. If yo forget something it wont kill you to say Im sorry.

When they came to review the work they seemed very professional. Took plenty of notes on each of the items I wanted them to address. This gave me confidence in their attention to detail. I received a quote, send a deposit, and scheduled the work. The day they came to perform the work I quickly realized all the info they took was really only used for pricing and they had forgotten all the items I went over when they came out to review the job. I had a number of windows in my sun room where the molding was damaged by my dogs and I needed it replaced. They only replaced some of the items I wanted, not all so I'm left with repairing them myself. I needed flashing around my garage door replaced and some stone facing repaired. They didn't repair the stone facing and when I asked them about it, they rushed to do it and used tile grout from a tile they grouted for me which they forgot was to be done as well. Overall I'm not happy with the work, my stone face looks horrible. I have to now do a bunch of wood putty work to fix the molding they failed to replace and the grouted tile was done haphazardly as well. I should have done a more thorough review of the work while they were here, but I was working from home and was on phone calls so couldn't take the time and that is my bad. For what they charge I would have expected the work to have been done to the exact requirements I gave when they came to review for the estimate. Also I would caution some of the work they propose. I had some tiles pushing up in my bathroom and they wanted to rip out the ceiling below to investigate why it was pushing up. Then then wanted to pull all the tile and remove all the molding After pulling up the affected tiles it turned out the plywood flooring wasn't properly nailed down and was lifting. Once that was resolved the new tiles went down level. Had I used them for this job it would have cost thousands of dollars and they would have ripped half my house apart so beware.

The quality of their work was very good, however I had to clean up nails and aluminum shards from my driveway and parking pad. This project was unexpected as I had a large tree limb pull down the power line to the house and also the facia on one end of the home. In order for them to take away the part of the facia that came down, I was to pay an extra $75.00. they said that was the cost to them to take to a junk yard. Actually the cost is that for a pickup truck load not one piece of facia. Also, I feel that they could have worked with me and my homeowners insurance better.

We thought we had a leak and hired another company. So sorry I did that. Mike came out and within 15 minutes told me we did not have a leak that the problem was there was no pitch to the pipe. He said the house was built like that. He was very professional and came equipped with a camera. His fee was very fair and would not hesitate to hire him again and let my neighbors and friends know prompt and professional Mike was.
