Technician arrived on time, knew what the job was, completed it quickly and was most helpful answering all my other questions. I will definitely use this company again and request this same electrician.

We lost power to several outlets and Happy Outlet identified the issue, replaced the bad plug and all power was restored. We then had four smoke detectors upgraded with smoke and c02. Reall fast efficient work.

We have been using Happy Outlet for all of our electrical needs for several years. They are responsive and the communication about the appointment, which service tech is coming and when they are on their way is excellent. We joined their "Happy Family" for a small fee, which provides discounts on their service and an annual check-up. They take small jobs and have done as much as completely rewire the main panel of a rental property. They may not be the least expensive, but I have always been satisfied.

In advance of a larger building project and to mitigate currently unsafe conditions of the mobile home on a property I recently bought, I interviewed 3 electricians in Carson City, Nevada. One company told me to burn down the place and collect insurance money. Happy Outlet understood my long term vision and provided a cost effective and viable solution. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but I am very satisfied with the work that the electricians performed and appreciated the communication and responsiveness. I was impressed actually and will continue to work with Happy Outlet as our projects continue. Thank you Happy Outlet!

This was our annual electrical inspection. Anthony was excellent, professional and easy to talk with. He answered our questions, explained everything and fixed a minor problem with the wiring for a couple of light switches. We are a Happy Outlet family! The office staff are great, too.

We had an electrical system evaluation done. Our tech, David, was excellent at explaining what was not up to code and why. Very pleased. He was very thorough. We did not have any work done, but we plan on following up with Happy Outlet to have the suggested repairs.

Excellent workmanship. Excellent customer service! The technician took the time to instruct me on what I can do on my end when a problem occurs before calling for service.

David was courteous, skilled and forthright with information about services. He was not overly aggressive with other company services which I appreciated based on my limited budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

Doesn't matter time or day Happy Outlet employees are always smiling, courteous, helpful and eager to answer any questions. We are keeping them on a continual contract because it is worth knowing that the work they do will be done right the first time, and the quality of work and product is guaranteed. We love all the personnel they send. We feel they do a great vetting process.

Straight up awesome! Bought a house a year ago and over time have found some sketchy stuff previous owner had done. Have had "Happy Outlet" out twice and they are amazing! Not only are David, Brett, and the rest of the crew great at what they do and charge a fair price but they are awesome people. They are nice, friendly, and respectful people coming in your home. Just over all great people! Out of a 5 star rating system I'd give them 10. P.S. I'm not some friend leave a good review for a buddy of mine. I've never met any of them before this. We needed an outside electrical panel repaired/replaced. They did an excellent job and were finished in a timely manner, They have done other electrical work in our home and we have been very happy with the work done.
