The crew 3 or 4 people were efficient and friendly. Everybody had their distinct duties and it went like clockwork. I changed plans and added something and the owner delivered the parts needed. Seamless . Bring on the sun I am ready thanks to Heatbusters.

We were very please with Heat Busters. They did a very good job of putting up new Radiant Barrier in the ceiling and sides of our attic. They were all very friendly, and worked hard. We would recommend Todd Melton and his crew.

I had a similar review as a previous person in that the service was seemingly okay but after the job, I emailed Todd a question about the work and he never replied back. His workers did an okay job, not great. They left some measurement stickers/markers on top of my HVAC without ever installing them! They just grabbed the check and left. Yes, the insulation was sprayed over some boxes I had stored up in the attic. It was annoying but I cleaned up the mess.

Before hiring The Heat Busters, I got 4-5 quotes. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. Honestly, I chose them because of the salesman, Todd. He was knowledgeable and very personable; everything a salesman should be. The crew was on time and respectful of my concerns about having my door open and possibly allowing bugs into the house. Therefore they chose to run the hose through the garage to the attic. My concern is the insulation was blown in the attic in such a messy way. There were a carpet remnant and other items stored in the attic. Instead of asking me to remove them prior to the installation they simply messily blew the insulation over it. I asked about it before the crew left and they insisted this was standard. Insulation was everywhere but did not in any way look as if it was done correctly. I contacted Todd and he asked me to send him photos. I did that, but have not heard back. I sent him and his brother, who also works for the company, an email. Unfortunately, neither of them has responded. I found this odd because they were both very responsive when they were trying to get my business. I m extremely disappointed in the results and the post-visit customer service.

When other companies were charging me an arm and a leg these guys were more afortable. If you are looking for insulation look no further.

Todd, was prompt and on time. He did an awesome job in putting in the insulation in my Attic. The price was great. I would hire again and recommend.

They were on time and very efficient. I had them add insulation to my attic an put in vents. I would hire them again for any type of insulation need I need.
