I hired them for a furnace cleaning g of a 4 year old unit that was requested by the new buyers during the k spection process of the home sale. Without my knowledge bobby Simon put on the work order that the blower and motor also needed cleaning and I should get a 4-5 thousand dollar sealant job. I got the blower and motor cleaned which didnâ t need it to satisfy the new buyers. We hired a moving company the day he showed up to do it. He didnâ t have all the necessary equipment to do the job correctly so he proceeded to take the parts to the car wash to pressure wash them. For some reason the new buyers thought I was hiding something about the furnace and contacted Bobby asking him about the working condition of the furnace. He told them it wasnâ t working and that is why he was called back out. Completely untrue. He then told them it needed the 4-5k sealant done that he tried selling me. He had no business communicating with them in the first place since I was the one who hired that company. They figured since I needed the sale of the house to go through they could continue shaking me down for unneeded work. They were completely unprofessional in every way and will not return my phone calls. The GM Scott will also not return my calls. They are proud to say they are veteran owned but lack the morals and ethics to proudly display that on their uniforms. I had to hire another HVAC guy to come out with the new buyers costing me even more money. They were satisfied after a stressful day on my part and closed the following day. One source almost cost me the sell of my home. Moving is hard enough you donâ t need the extra stress by hiring an HVAC place like one source to shake you down. Do yourself a favor and never hire this company.

I had them scheduled three times. The first time, they didnâ t snake the pipes like promised and the tech merely plunged the toilet: WITH MY BRUSH and not the PLUNGER. I was only able to tell, because of the mess they left. Their failure to render the service I bought was brought to light when the drainage issue returned almost immediately. The resulting services I had scheduled where then rescheduled. Leaving me with no working toilets in the house and still no services rendered or even scheduled at this point. I am severely disappointed,

this company was professional and very good. thewerepreserntative called and came early. He explained what was wrong, exactly what it would cost to fix it, and was very fast with his work. Most impotantly, our air conditioner works beautifully now. we will call them first if we ever need any more help!

Absolutely great. No problems at all. Thought it was a little pricy for work needed but did a good job and done quickly

The smell is still in the bathroom and the oil stains in my drive way have been diminished. I was told to wait a few more days. Weâ ll see

They did a great job. Person was friendly and professional. The only suggestion I would make is that he wear a mask or something for protection.

Good work took a little more time then aloted

I did not first ask how much - my mistake as I assumed the cost would be in the range of $150-200. One Source Home Service charged me $411.76 to repair leak in piping 1 - 1 1/2 IN. for a job that took less than 1 hour. My next door neighbor had the same repair done by another company and was charged less than $50.

I originally purchased an HVAC system from Heat Depot based out of Colorado Springs, which created a new entity, One Source, to handle their accounts North. I kept calling and asking if anyone was coming to do the inspection, no one ever came. I called since no one was coming and told them I would call the City I live in and let them know they needed to do an inspection. They freaked out and asked me not to call, they would get it taken care of. No one ever came. Now they are saying Heat Depot is no longer in business, they are just Once Source and do not come North any longer. And Wire Nut purchased all of their accounts. I was told Heat Depot was no longer, yet on 1/23/2020 I received an email from Heat Depot. Heat Depot and One Source are one in the same. The owners were/are brothers, Mike and Scott Bidwell. Not sure what kind of stuff they are trying to hide, or scam, or get out of, but it is all shady. So now, I have no warranty and just found out they NEVER pulled a permit to install the HVAC system in my home. I have called multiple times. I usually get routed to Des, who is no longer nice to me. I called today and was given a supervisor by the name of Brian who would not even speak to me. Telling me I had to talk to Des! All Brian would say is I needed to call Wire Nut, they no longer handle accts that are North. Our invoice said we were getting a 5-year warranty, permits and post-inspection. We got nothing! It would be nice if they would do the right thing a pay Wire Nut to cover our 5-year warranty and for the permit so the inspections can be completed. Pulling a permit is required so not sure how they get away with that. I am hiring an attorney to represent all of us as we are not the only ones this has happened to.

The service was good and on time. The communication with the office was not great but they fixed the miscommunication by honoring a discounted price.

Horrible experience. Duct cleaners missed cleaning 10 of 18 heating ducts. Did not clean any of the return ducts. Got Aeroseal all over my laundry room. Had a manager blame me his professionals misses all those ducts. When I asked for my money back, this manager said he was raised better than me because I did not want to allow his professionals back in my home. This manager then tried to provoke me to swear or threaten him. I am sorry I ever heard of this company. I would never recommend them. I finally compromised and allowed them to redo the work and got some money back. There were also many other mistakes and issues. The above are just a few of the low-lights of dealing with this company.

They called me right away. They got me a same day appointment, and they cleared my plumbing blockage. Their name is a bit confusing though. They seem to go by One Source

They never let me down. Had a difficult to trace problem, but they did it, and did it well. Even checking back to make sure that the repair was taken care of.

Experience was pleasant and professional. Completed work in a timely fashion.

Steven came over to set up the job of changing my bath to a walk-in shower. His presentation was very short, concise, clear, and the fairest price I have received for this job. They will do the installation next week.

Great response and price. Super friendly.

The original appointment was for late morning, but no one showed up. About 3 pm I got a call that the office saying a worker would be here at 5 pm. At 7 pm Don finally called and is now working. Improve your communication skills. It would also be nice to ask if I would be offended by the smell of cigarette smoke,, and next time send over someone who doesn't smoke like Don. He's not smoking in the house of course, but his clothes reek of smoke.

Very professional clean, neat--cleaned up the area and hauled it away--The workers were very pleasant and courteous I would recommend them for a great job
