Brandon is a nice guy but does not know what he is doing, he will not return calls, he is not conscientious. Our project was never completed even though we paid him in full.

They completed most of the work and Brandon was very nice but the device that holds the damper chain came off of the wall. He said he will reorder and come back and fix it, this was about a month ago. I have not heard back , his phone goes straight to voice mail and it says it is full. Home advisor called his other number and he said he would call me back haven't heard back for 4 days. He said the number I was calling-phone was broken. The quality of work that he did finish was good. Hope he contacts me to finish

Knowledgeable and honest. A chimney cleaning should not be expensive and it wasn t with High Castle.

Brandon came by to inspect my chimney and said that it did not need sweeping which didn?t surprise me as it looked to have never been used. He did however take a check from me as a deposit on a new chimney cap. Well it has been well over a month since they took my money and gave yet to come back for the install. No phone calls back and no communication other than one call to tell me he thought the crew came to do it! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hired Brandon Moore and High Castle Group to install a wood stove. Never showed up on time, was habitually 3 hours late when he did show up. Left without completing the job. Said he would issue a refund for not completing the job. Called the financial company, and he did not have the money in his bank account to issue the refund, so I am out $1200. Will be suing him. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!

Brandon called me in response to a request for a fireplace damper repair. When he called he said it would be 20 minutes. When I arrived at the house he was in the driveway waiting for me. He assessed the situation and the options that were available. I told him that the house was to be sold in 2 days. I explained that the work was needed due to an item in the inspection report and that we needed to satisfy the requirement at the least cost. His usual supplier did not have the required part in stock so he had to go to someone else. Based on that he gave me a quote that I thought was Very fair and the job was completed in time for the closing. Brandon is very professional.
