Very professional and excellent work. Sergio arrived when he said he would and kept in constant communication with me regarding the repairs. He is very knowledgeable about everything. He laid tile, replaced light fixtures, replaced paddle fans, repaired a hole in the wall and worked on my baseboards. I will be looking to hire him to redo both my bathrooms next year. Sergio with The Home Doctor is amazing! Excellent quality of work, great work ethic and personality, timely, trustworthy and reliable. I have a room in my house that was converted from a garage. The wall where the garage door was had an extremely bad leak at the window causing water damage, mold and mildew. Sergio resolved the leak issue from the outside, removed and replaced the framing and drywall on the inside along with sealing the interior wall. Also had him: replace a bathroom door, realign an exterior door so it would shut properly, cut and remove metal pipes from an old fence outside. Sergio is the absolute best handyman I have hired in South Florida. I am keeping his contact information and will use him again in the future. He finished the job within the estimated time frame but needed to get one last piece of hardware and return to install. He stated he would return on Tuesday. The best part, I did not have to call him, he called me at 9:40 am Tuesday morning and was at my house within 30 minutes installing the hardware. Completely reliable! I highly recommend The Home Doctor for any Handyman Services!!!
