Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
I would not recommend this company, The lack of communication, transparency was not offered to me and my husband. I;ve read the reviews, and they all sound as though this is not the same company that provided substandard work at our home. Before you state the obvious, They were paid in FULL!!!!! Kitchen renovation, custom cabinets, granite countertop, flooring, and backsplash. "Thank you for letting us know about your concerns. We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with our business. We have offered to come out and fix the pieces of trim you were not happy with but unfortunately, you have requested we not come back to do that. We will delete the $300.00 left on your invoice that has not been paid, since that is the only option our company has left to help satisfy you. Again we are sorry for any expectations you had that were not met."

They have done a lot of work in my house including vinyl floor install, kitchen cabinet install, backsplash, and most recently a privacy fence install. They are professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They can do just about anything! I appreciate all of their hard work and recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work.

This is a top notch group of individuals. We had a large project a complete kitchen remodel. Their service was more than professional. They are extremely knowledgeable and will bend over backwards for their customers. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any project in my home.

Eric was very professional throughout the whole process from a written estimate to arriving at the scheduled work time to performing a high quality of work to doing a good clean up in the work areas. I knew Mr. Kreinbrook was a better than average contractor, but his workmanship greatly exceeded our expectations. Not only is he very competent, but we were surprised and impressed at how neat and organized he was. He never ended his day without first cleaning and sweeping his work area. I would definitely hire this gentleman again for my next addition - no question about that.

We hired Eric Kreinbrook from The Home Medics group to completely remodel two bathrooms. He removed our bathtub and he built a ceramic tile shower with a sliding glass door. The tiled shower looks amazing. He installed new cabinets, vanities, medicine cabinet, mirrors, faucets, and toilets. He also painted the bathrooms and he installed wood molding on the base boards which he stained to match the cabinets. His work ethic is suburb. He is punctual, polite, and meticulous in his work ethic. We highly recommend Eric to anyone planning to remodel. We are completely satisfied. We now have two very elegant bathrooms.

They were very polite and helpful. Always on time and explained everything they were doing and the best way to do it. I was very impressed with the knowledge and craftsmanship. I recommend this company to anyone seeking a honest and trustworthy contractor. They also accomodated my schedule and completed other add on repairs that was asked to do while doing the tile job. I have also already requested more bidsbto complete other projects in my home and am looking in forward to working with them again.

This company was wonderful to work with. Eric is very professional. He begin work on time as promised and typically worked an 8 hour day. His does really quailty work. He was able to accomplish some additional work that was not in the original scope. I would hire hire him again.

This company is the Real Deal! Eric was very professional from the start, he coordinated all the work I needed done to a tee. His workers were all top notch professionals as well, and have excellent workmanship skills. We had them completely gut my kitchen and design and install a new, install all new tile floors, new bathroom tiled shower and surround, vanities, sink, plumbing and electrical work, drywall and paint. I am still over joyed with how hard they worked to make my home exactly the way I wanted it and were willing to go the extra mile to get things done. Definitely worth the money. These guys know what they are doing.

Came out, started the project, had me order a bunch of parts, and I never heard from them again. Wouldn't return emails nor voicemails, so I'm now stuck with a partially completed job, a ton of expensive parts, and no completion. Have to start over.
