I chose this company because of Buddy. He is very knowledgeable and straight forward and I appreciate that. The price was good and the windows are VERY nice. The installation had a few bumps which were all promptly resolved, but it took a bit longer than expected. We would recommend Buddy and Bright Star Solar for windows. Update: the service took a turn for the worse which was a bit disappointing. I had to get it resolved myself which took months. We would be hesitant to recommend without doing further research.

The only materials that belong to the homeowner or customer are the ones applied to the home which was part of the estimate... this customer never complained about any of the workmanship, timing. Everything that was detailed on contract was done to his satisfaction."

excellent work. My complaint was they did not show up on time. 1st appointment was for 9am they showed up after 10 2nd appoint was for 10 am didnt show up till after 5 pm. Owner finally shows & says the 1st peole who came out to give estimate do not work for company any longer. I had to take him around to show what needed to be done. He wrote estimate up without explaining anything

the work was excellent the price was very high I should have got a second opinion the contract stated 82 feet of vinyl siding will be replaced I think they replaced 15 foot the guy doing the work was excellent it just cost too much plus he left a little mess
