We include a 90 Home Warranty at no additional cost. We start at 350$ minimum for up to 1500 st ft and another 50$ for an additional 1000 sq ft. Cost may very according to scope. We take pride the quality of our inspections. Our comprehensive reports include many color digital photos that are merged into the body of the report, so a nice overview of the home is presented.
