I was told they are the best so I hired them. Now I’m telling other’s the same thing cuz they deserve the shout out! Will, Sheldon and Levy are hard workers, friendly and trustworthy. They show up and get the job done, always leaving my hot tub in crystal clear, inviting, and shockingly clean condition. They have gone the extra mile from the first job I hired them for (which was not an easy feat.) a drain, clean, refill and filter and jet line flush. Sheldon and Levy were here exactly when they said they would be and were both very knowledgeable on the best chemicals used, water conditions, and previous issues. Major upgrade from when I used Aqua Tech (I do not recommend) for a drain, clean and fill and they didn’t even run the jets through and majorly overcharged me and wouldn’t even return when the very next day when we used the hot tub and a bunch of old nastiness came right out of the jets. I’m glad I switched- Hot pool boys are the best! Affordable, reliable and friendly.

These guys are great! I use them biweekly for my hot tub maintenance and they always show up consistently, they do an amazing job, and they are very affordable especially in comparison to all the other hot tub/pool maintenance companies around here, especially the big name ones that you probably think of when You think of pool and hot tub maintenance service. I trust these guys immensely and have even been leaving my door unlocked for them- just in case they need to plug something in to an outlet in My Home. I’m even considering going on a weekly maintenance just because we’ve been using our hot tub so frequently since these guys have been doing such a great job taking care of it. and I got a great promo deal for a drain and clean and refill service when I signed up for the maintenance service (it was free) and that is close to a $300 service just because they want to really take care of their regular customers! They are also very knowledgeable about all things maintenance and healthy clean water and what is best for each individual hot tub, or pool set up. I’m very glad I made this choice, especially after a previous big-name hot tub service (Aqua Tech) overcharged me big-time and then tried to tell me that what I paid for wasn’t enough to get them to come back when they didn’t even flush the jet lines and the second we turned on our jets all this nasty stuff came out. They literally told me to take a skimmer and just get it out myself a day after a $400 drain and clean. I would never use them again. This company would come right back out if I were ever unsatisfied, but I never have been because they aren’t lazy and actually give you what you pay for! I would definitely recommend.
