He is too expensive and not reliable. Do not believe him. He spent 10 minutes and charged me 100 dollars for the job. He said he would call me back twice and he didn't.

"This guy is a creep! I moved his tub for him, then he called because it was not working. He took my free advice over the phone and tried to fix it himself. When he could not figure it out, he called me and I told him what was wrong. I charged him for the service call as always. I told him the replacement part is unavailable from my supplier, and I would research a replacement. He is but hurt because it doesn't happen overnight during the Coronavirus. Ed is a jerK!!! Don't trust him."

He charged me $100 to diagnose the problem and tell me what part to order. It was the wrong part. It cost me a $105 restocking fee and $57 postage to return it. He told me he would give me credit for the costs incurred. When he installed the new part, he gave me his bill. I asked about the credit, he said he saved me more than that so we would call it even. The new part did not work correctly the control panel. He said he would contact the Manufacturer. I waited over a month with no word so I called him. He said "I am too busy to follow up so you can handle it directly"

"This guy is a CREEP! He couldn't understand why I charged him to diagnose the problem, when he knew his heater wasn't working already, but didn't know why. I identified the relay that was burnt, scorched from a short in his system. He said he didn't want to spend a lot of money, so I offered him the COURTESY of ordering his part directly on line, so as not to incur the cost mark up for the part if, I ordered it. I told him the spa pack to order, and even measured the topside control for him. He ordered the wrong part. I arrived to install it, and saw that the top side control was too large for his tub, and had him call the supplier and ask for a replacement top side. They had the part, but wanted an additional $125 for it. He didn't want to spend the money, but decided to send it back for a refund, with restocking fee.I agreed to cover the freight charges. I DID NOT CHARGE HIM FOR THE VISIT. I then spent 2 hours locating the part, researching his over ten year old tub. I contacted him and told him the part number, and where to order it. When he found that list price was $575, he asked me to order it for him, so that he could get my company discount, AND SAVE $150. I agreed to extend the COURTESY, in exchange for him paying for the fees associated with the PART THAT HE ORDERED INCORRECTLY! NOTE : ALWAYS TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS, RUN AWAY WHEN YOU GET THE CREEPS FROM A CUSTOMER."
