Roy Fishbein did the estimating and was very prompt, both showing up at my home and getting a proposal to me. The work was scheduled quickly and the three workmen were quiet, courteous, very pleasant and did an excellent job of painting and wall papering,

On time, curteous, and they did an excellent job.

Roy was very responsive when I put in a call to him that we needed to have a last minute powerwashing project done. Job well done!

Very prompt

This was the first time my wife and I hired a painting contractor.We were going to interview three contractors but Roy was the first. His presentation,background,personality and estimate of work to be done was so good that we decided not to get the other two estimates. We were not disappointed. The Housr Doctor did a neat,professional and beautiful job in our house.They were there to answer any questions and repond to any requests at the start of their work to the minute they walked out the door. They cleaned up on the final day and we would most certainly hire them again and reccomend them to others. Thank you Roy and your crew.

Customer service was outstanding from start to finish: responsiveness, flexibility, client service, etc. Easy to work with and the final product was great. From a communication and planning perspective, this was the best contractor experience ever. Responded timely to questions and concerns. They should teach a class in customer service. I will put them on my prefered list.

The House Doctor Paperhanging & Painting hung a flocked paper for me that had to be trimmed and pasted. Everyone else that I contacted for this job either did not return phone calls or did not show up for scheduled appointments. The guys at The House Doctor were prompt and professional from the beginning. The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was fair. I couldn't be happier with the results!! I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family!

On-time, neat, and friendly!

The team, led by Jim, was experienced, showed up each day on time, completed the job to my specifications and cleaned up beautifully. The guys were fun to be around and genuinely cared about their work. I was laid up after surgery during most of the time that they were here and they couldn't have been more thoughtful- they even prepared one room for me so that I could sleep while they worked in the rest of the house. I would definitely use The House Doctor again and will recommended them to all of my friends. Thanks for a beautiful job!

They were very prompt, very efficient and friendly. The cabinets and painting turned out beautifully. Would use them again!

They did a very good, professional job. The only glitch was a lack of communication on whether or not the storm-window brackets should be painted. My wife told them to ask me. Instead, they started on painting them and then had to clean it, instead of the more intelligent "wait, since it is easier to paint later rather than un paint." Other than that, I was pleased.

eXCELLENT AND PROPMT SERVICE. vERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL!

We went away for 2 days and when we came back the wallpaper was off the walls and they were primed and ready to paint...Just like we asked. We had tried to take the wallpaper off ourselves and it was not coming off cleanly for us...They did a great job. They also repaired some drywall holes we had and you can barely tell where the holes were.

Roy and his crew did an excellent job and will be back to paint the rest of our home as we go forward. I will also be passing his name along to anyone looking for painting to be done. His crew was prompt, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home.
