I hired them for 3 weeks and they only showed up for 2-3 hours at a time. We never knew when they waned to work or running out of money. They were fired after 3 weeks of BS

Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
They were real prompt. I called and left a message and they called right back, showed up on time and did what they were suppose to do. We also felt like we got our money's worth and they are reasonable with their prices. I really want to thank them. They did a great job, gave a warranty and were respectful. We would recommend them to everyone.

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install
The owner of the company hired a man who misrepresented his ability to do the job. I needed old linoleum removed from my concrete floor to do an acid wash stain and the man he hired did not know how to remove the linoleum. He put muriatic acid on the floor after being told not to do that. Muriatic acid prevents the absorption of the acid wash stain. He worked on it for two days and only removed less than 50% of the linoleum, and that was with me helping. He pounded he scraper into the concrete to remove the linoleum which left marks on the floor. I informed the owner of his incompetence but the owner kept saying he knew how to do the job, He also did not prep the room for safety, did not cover the fireplace or dryer hose. He sharpened the paint scraper beside the electric water heater and dryer hose, spraying a fine dust onto them. He used a sander to try to sand the linoleum away and the dust from the sander blew into the fireplace. Again, I would not recommend this company because the man clearly did not know what he was doing, destroyed my floor, and caused some potential safety issues. I've tried to recoup some of the money to no avail.

"We were not removing linoleum, we were removing glue where linoleum had been put down. My guy had tried every way possible to get up the glue which the Homeowner could see the difficulty in removing the glue. My guys are very experienced in putting down acid wash, although, we have not dealt much with glue that needs to come up. We spent 5 days on a 2 day job not knowing the difficulties of this job. As far as her saying there was an acid put down, that is not a true story because we never put down any acid. I asked her to provide me photos which she never provided and I offered to go back out which she was unwilling to do. The Homeowner wanted money reimbursed that we had spent already on 3 days over the time limit but was willing to make things right but she never called me back and wrote a negative report."

"With this customer, she rescheduled on us three times and then needed us to work during non-business hours and I tried to help her out. I let her know of the situation up front because at that time, my kids were out of school and that I would be a few minutes late. As far as leaving a mess, the Homeowner rushed us through the job and didn't give us time to finish up because she had to get back to work. As far as not having all the equipment, we had everything we needed. She wanted everything shop vac but we swept up and she told us not to worry about it, she would clean later."
