Tom is a GREAT guy to work with. I had Tom remove an old swamp cooler and replace it with a window/wall A/C unit. It sounds like a simple job, but there was actually a lot involved. Tom's price was by FAR the most competitive, and he was much more knowledgable about A/C systems than the other companies that I received quotes from. They arrived right on time and completed the job in about 3-4 hours as they expected. They took the huge swamp cooler with them to dispose of as well which was nice. I did a little cleanup after they left, but I didn't mind that at all because they did such a great job and were so great to work with.

Actually, I used this contractor before he was with service master (last year) and then contacted him via the web which was apparently connected to service master but he was not a referral from you. At any rate, he's a great professional and I would certainly use him again.
