The service was excellent. Sarah was the pool service technician who worked on our pool and she is amazing. We are in the process of buying a house and the pool on the property was sitting untouched for about a year or so, so you can imagine it was more of a pond than a pool. We had no idea how to operate the pool pump or even were to begin with the servicing of the pool. She came right out and showed us how to operate the pool pump, tested the water to see what needed to be added, told us what to do to speed the process up during the time between her visits and brought our pool to swimming condition in just eight days. Wow! Two thumbs up!
