Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this company. I booked a home inspection with them even though their prices were higher than anyone else. That was the first mistake. They confirmed a 10:00 AM appointment and never showed up. After 30 minutes, Jared sent a message saying he would be 20 minutes late. I tried to be patient, but an hour passed and still no Jared. Instead, a man named John arrived and told us he was only a termite inspector, not a home inspector, and that Jared, who he said was his son, was on the way. We waited another hour. No one else showed up. No update. No apology. When I called Jared he ignored the call. When my realtor called from her number he picked up immediately. He then insisted John would be doing the full home inspection, while John continued to say he was not the one qualified for that. The entire situation felt confusing and completely unprofessional. John Martin called me about five seconds after I submitted the request for a quote on Angi. He walked me through the requirements for the county rental inspection I needed based a few quick questions. I was able to schedule the inspection promptly and efficiently for the county landlord license. Very reasonably priced compared to other vendors. God willing, I’ll be calling The Inspectors again in 3 years when I need to renew.

We hired The Inspectors for a new home build pre-drywall inspection and we were very pleased with the services we were provided. John was friendly, responsive and professional leading up to the inspection date and was thorough, knowledgeable and helpful during the inspection. He was also able to provide my inspection report accurately and quickly within a very small time-frame in order for my issues to be addressed by the builder before the drywall install. I would absolutely recommend John and the team to others and plan to use him again during our final home inspection.

John did a great walkthrough and explained all the details needed attention to the home of purchase. Definitely recommend.
