They come across as really nice guys. I feel like a fool for being taken advantage of. 1st we started the demo in February. They did not cover the floor vents and filled them with dirt and debris, damaging my heating system. The system shut down and a water pipe they should of shut off broke. 2. They were told by me and my draftsman NOT to touch the original back wall of house. They removed most of it forcing me to shut down the job and to hire a structural engineer as that was the main support wall. I had to stop job and hire someone to put temp braces in to hold up the back of the house! Until the engineer could hit me in. It ended up costing me an additional $5000. 3. They left so much debris and dirt behind them I had to hire someone to clean up after their demo. 4. they added huge amounts to their estimates and asked for more than 50% markup on services. 5. They. Damaged all of my new appliances by throwing them in the garage and piling old cabinets on top of them. 6. They refuse to reimburse me the cost of the structural engineer and hvac and basically pulled a catfish and disappeared.

It was actually a great experience from start to finish! Nik and the guys there helped me plan and install my new bathroom and it looks fabulous! New toilet, tub, shower, lights, cabinets and flooring. Very personable guy with excellent customer service. Took the time to listen to me and explained everything they were doing in detail. My bathroom looks fabulous! Thanks guys!
