We hired the IrriGators a while back and they went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our sprinkler system was performing properly. They upgraded our timer to be Wi-Fi capable and now we can control our sprinkler system from our phones and it has amazing feature. I feel safe hiring the irrigators and will be using them again, especially with their outstanding warranty they offer.

AMAZING SERVICE! This is my first house, so I was so lost on doing the yard work. My grass was mostly DEAD. These guys came out to do an estimate and spent almost 2 hours doing the measuring to make sure I would get a close estimate. They instructed me on how to keep my lawn care up and always answered any questions. They were always on time, always had a great attitude and worked EXTREMELY hard. My entire yard is now GREEN and HEALTHY! I would definitely recommend The IrriGators for your sprinkler system!!

You can hire "regular" sprinkler firms that charge $120/hr. to even visit you, or you can hire people who are like neighbors. I paid $35 for an estimate, and then $55 for a sprinkler inspection. The estimate solved the issues that I had had with other sprinkler firms (open ended hourly rates that seemed an invitation for abuse). The inspection, which took about an hour, involved checking what seemed to be working, and what needed to be repaired. A work of caution. The first inspection may not catch everything because I, as the third owner, had no layout of the sprinkler system. Second, one zone had a broken line, so the water pressure was too low to make sure all the sprinklers were working. I didn't even know I had this problem. Third, some of the grass and dirt had covered up a few sprinklers. Only as we got everything working were other problem obvious. The hourly rate was much less than the $120, and it included two individuals who worked well together. Irrigators does not come with a truck loaded with parts, but picks up the parts either at their supplier or the local Lowe's or Home Depot. This works out nice because I paid for the parts (with my military discount), and therefore purchased extra parts in case new issues were found. I then returned the unneeded parts the next day. Even after I paid for the job in full, I found one issue, which they fixed without a fuss. They also noticed two other issues, after payment, and told me about them and then fixed them. I felt like I was working with friends helping friends. Although they had drinks, I also provided drinks for them. I even set up a fan so they could get some relief from the hot weather. I STRONGLY recommend Irrigators because they provide the type of service that you used to get from your neighborhood repair person before corporations took over repairs.

I highly recommend Ainsworth. Great customer service! They have always been professional, courteous, and friendly. Always quick to respond and show up on time. We hired them to clean out and trim some overgrown flowerbeds and routine lawn care. They showed up on time with a smile and handshake, reviewed what needed to be done and walked through with me, got right to work and then knocked on the door and did another walk through to make sure we were satisfied.
