Demolition
I hired Jose and paid them $24000.00 for the concrete pad for a pre fab garage, after they poured the concrete I noticed that everything was out of level so I called them about the problem, it is out of square, pad is not level, anchor bolts are in the wrong place, they said that they were sorry, took their tools and partially cleaned up the jobsite and left

Had appointment scheduled for an estimate did not show. Stated there was a car accident. Then rescheduled and still did not show. Finally called stating on the way and still showed 2 hours late. I was not happy and let him know and he declined service and left.

They are a company that has a wide range of services. I was lucky to get an employee (Mike) that did the work for me. He did electrical, painted, stained, installation of light cover hand rails and smoke detector, fixed a piece of furniture, you would of thought this was his home. Then when there was a need for two people for part they for part of job they had them here. The main point is I would look for their help again if needed.

They never arrive on time and very poor communication in this regard. Made a huge mess and not prepared to clean it up. Unfortunately this was a very frustrating experience and I would not hire again.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They did a fabulous job and were very nice. We had to reschedule to Saturday due to some traffic and timing issues. In the end all was worked out and the job was completed to my standards. I would definitely recommend using them.

Jose and his crew did a really good job. They had to take the ferry from the mainland. They showed up prepared to give it their best and they did. I am pleased with their service and would recommend them. My home is on Whidbey Island, so it is not that easy to find cleaning people on the island. If you have a home or rental to clean give him a call.
