The reason I gave this company this rating it's because. If they knocked down stuff they don't put it back in place. And if they brake stuff. He says he's not responsible for it. They apresure Washed my AC and now the ventilation metals it's all messed up. The metal it?s all squished. My AC was replaced at the End of 2019 And it?s New. And now it?s like that. Also they Presure Washed my Salt System and all he bottoms are missing. After two days they finished My older son called me telling me that the Pool Equipment was making a horrible noise. When I got back from work and I went and check to see what was going on. It?s when I found out was the Main House Salt System. Like I said all the bottom are missing and the salt system it?s saying error. They also removed a lot of the paint of the small door by the garage. And also removed the paint from the back door going out to the pool area as well some of the windows frames the paint got removed. They also losen a lot of the House Vynal siding. Which they were able to put back some of it. But on the upper by the 2 me level they couldn?t fix it back because didn?t have a higher latter. Since they don?t have a higher later they?re also not able to Presure Wash well the higher areas. They took From Monday- Thursday to get the job done! I never seem any previous company taking that long to Presure washing. Tamaki Told me he bought his Presure Washing Equipment 3 Month Ago and that is why he was having issues to managed the equipment. So I?m assuming that because of that. They wasn?t able to control the Presure of the equipment and that is why a lot of the paint got removed from the areas that got missed paint. I met Tamaki in Person when he gave me the Quote. And I gave it to him. Because he seems a nice person. And told me could work with my budget. I requested everything I requested and I told him that I already had a quote for $600.00 And he told me will do it for me for $550.00 Wasn?t much of a difference on the quote. But I decided to give it to him. Because I thought he was a nice person. But now with this all damages. And he saying he?s not responsible for any damages that occurred because he had a Power Washing ?!! I just don?t understand why he said that. I asked him for his Business Insurace to contact them. And that?s was his only response when I asked for his business insurance. I hope this damages get repair.

Excellent!!!!! We are in the process of hiring them back to do more work. Extremely thorough and so accommodating. Worked till the job was completed with our 100% satisfaction. A family owned business that we love supporting. The quality of their work is outstanding.
